Mini Quilt Class, MOTHER'S DAY EDITION, May 11

Making a mini quilt is a great way to make use of remnants & scarp fabric while playing with color, texture and pattern. In this class you will learn techniques to prep the quilt layers, stitch & embellish by hand and finish with a binding. I'll also share inspiring examples of quilts to get you inspired before we work on creating a small composition and quilt together.

This special edition of class was inspired by my own mother who lives on the opposite coast from me in CA.  I thought it would be fun to create an opportunity to connect with a loved one who is maybe not in the same area on an accessible, creative project. This is something to do "together" and to share. You are also welcome to join with a friend, sibling or relative. 

I'll make a few class kits (details below) until they are sold out or it's too late to ship. Free domestic shipping. A materials list is shared below & you probably have all you need already. Kits contain upcycled fabrics and I encourage you to use scraps and remnants if you're supplying your own materials. A full materials list will be emailed after purchase.
